About the links:
Here is a little introductory "blurb" to the links that are posted in our blog, some are quite curious. For example.....
Did you know that there is a "Toaster Museum"? But that's not it, the owners of the Toaster Museum are Charlotte's sister Kelly and her husband Eric! You can visit their website at: http://www.toaster.org. They used to have their museum in Seattle, then they relocated to Portland OR, and now they are in Charlottesville VA......... Talk about traveling toasters....
Roth D'Lux with no doubt one of the BEST bands in Tucson. It is formed by our dear friends Dan & Ginnette Roth, who are from Canada, they moved to Barbados and then to Tucson......Their website is: http://www.rothdlux.com. In their website you can listen to some of their songs, and buy their album! Ginnette has an amazing voice, if you don't believe it visit their site and listen to her!
Ha Ha Ha Blog is the blog from Hamakua Spring Farms, the place where Charlotte works at. It is an interesting and funny blog that follows what goes on at a banana and tomato farm in Hawai'i. They also have a website and it is: http://www.hamakuasprings.com.
Zeta Corp that is the website of the place I work for. Interesting only if you are interested in alternative technolgies for industrial water treatment. http://www.zetarod.com
Scotsman in the Desert is the blog of our good friend Duncan Livingston McCracken (the McCracken part I made up) who is from Scotland but moved to Tucson to go to grad school. It tracks his family's adventures in Tucson. http://www.livingstonsaz.blogspot.com
Jane Poynter is a good friend of ours, she was a member of the first crew that spent two years inside Biosphere 2. She just published a book about her experience inside Biosphere 2, the title is: " The Human Experiment: Two years and twenty minutes inside Biosphere 2" . From what we hear the book is really good (we just order our copy). The website is about her book: http://www.janepoynter.com
Blog-mania: We're getting more and more people to create blogs. My parents have just joined the ranks of the blog-o-spherians, their blog site is: http://www.cataypiero.blogspot.com
And our good friends the Breshears who just moved from Tucson to Brisbane! have started their own blog as well (and we thought we had made a long move). Their blog site is: http://www.breshearsinbrisbane.blogspot.com
So there it is...... Feel free to visit any of those sites!
