SPAM Musubi: Our Kids are goin' local!
Today Hana and Sydney surprised us with how local they are becoming.
Hana first asked if she could have a package of Nori for a snack......
Yep, plain Nori nothing on the side...
Syd then asked if for lunch she could have a SPAM Musubi, yes you read it correct, don't need to reread it, it said SPAM.....
The SPAM Musubi is a very popular local snack, it is simply put like a SPAM sushi, that is SPAM, white rice and Nori.....
Looked up some recipes in the internet (thank GOD for the internet) and got to work!
Gotta say, for this being my first attempt at this complicated piece of local culinary delicacy, it turned out pretty darned good....
At least the kids approved it....(Charlotte didn't have any...picky picky...)

ho, ho, to local for me too. I agree with Ch.
When the girls were here, Hana make me buy some kind of musubi, or something like that,
